Judge Michael A. Russell

The Wyandotte County Behavioral Health Court was established in October 2017 to more effectively address the needs of defendants in the criminal justice system who suffer from severe and persistent mental illness. The goal of the Behavioral Health Court is to identify and address defendants in the criminal justice system who suffer from SPMI.
