General Information:

The Juvenile clerks file and maintain juvenile offender cases and child in need of care (CINC) cases.  CINC cases are sealed and confidential filings.  Juvenile Offender cases are public record with the exception of social file records.  Juvenile Offender expungements are filed in this department, go to Services tab for cost of filing.

 

Juvenile Clerks process requests for information and mail.  This department interacts with attorneys, government agencies and the general public.

The Juvenile Clerks Department is located on the 2nd Floor of the Juvenile Courthouse, 738 Ann Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas 66101.

Monday -Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Closed for lunch 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
