General Information:

As of July 1, 2024, Small Claims cases are limited to claims not more than $10,000.  Forms are available in the Self-Help Department located on the 3rd floor or in the Limited Actions Department located in the basement. Filing fees are required at time of filing as follows:

$0 - $500 = $47.50 

$500.01 -$10,000 = $67.50.
