General Information:

Small Claims cases are limited to claims not more than $4000.  Forms are available in the Self-Help Department located on the 3rd floor or in the Limited Actions Department located in the basement. Filing fees are required at time of filing as follows: <=$500 and >$500 - $47.50 and <=$4,000 - $67.50.
