Welcome to the Self Help Center

General Information:

The Self Help Center is for pro se individuals who wish to handle their case without an attorney. The office is staffed by two District Court Clerks, one of whom speaks Spanish. On Wednesdays, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, our office is staffed with an attorney from Kansas Legal Services for individuals who need legal advice or help filling out forms.

There are a wide range of forms available from the Self Help Center to help with Civil, Criminal, Probate, Traffic and Juvenile matters.

Virtual Self-Help Center
The office of Judicial Administration has created a virtual self-help center to give guidance to self-represented litigants and other court users. The virtual center is available 24-7 and has up-to-date information, forms and tools to help with the district court processes.
