You can go online to Kansas Marriage License Application (egov.com) and file your Marriage License Application
Requirements to apply:
Must be getting married in the State of Kansas
Must be one of the parties getting married who is applying
Must be 18 years or older
Not currently married to each other or anyone else
& Not related to each other

For minors:
If you are 17, we require 1 parent, your birth certificate and photo ID for both the minor and the parent accompanying you.
If you are 16, we require BOTH parents, your birth certificate and photo ID for the minor and the parents.

For those who are wishing to get married in the state of Kansas but are NOT WYCO residents or who do not have access to email, we accept in person applications between 8-11:30am OR 1-4:30pm, Monday-Friday with the exception of holidays.
Obtaining certified copies of a Marriage License:
Certified copies of marriage license after May 1, 1913 are available ONLY at the Office of Vital Statistics.

Unsure if they are open to the public due to COVID
Certified copies prior to May 1, 1913 can be obtained in our office at the court house as long as we have record of said marriage. Our records go back to July 1859.
